Clothing Standards

All clothing received by seller's must meet our standards.

Our clothing standards include, freshly cleaned, no rips, stains, pulling, holes or odors. All zips, domes and buttons must be intact and in working conditions. All clothing tags must still be in-situ so clothing brand and size are visible. We ask to only receive clothing from a smokefree home. 

The specific condition of each item will be noted in the "product description" with an acronym; BNWT (brand new with tags), EC (excellent condition i.e., very minimal signs of wear) or GC (good-used condition i.e., some signs of wear but can still take more). 

For any items received by seller's that do not meet our standards, items will be donated to our chosen charity, "One Big Family NZ".
